Jill Davidian

Owner and Principal Instructional Designer

Jill is a veteran in the Instructional Design field with 17 years of experience creating engaging learning experiences. Six years ago, she founded Learning Strategy and Design, a full-service custom learning solutions company that works with clients across a wide variety of industries, including health care, finance/banking, Big 4 consulting, government, customer service, sales, and tech, among others.

 She has worked across the entire lifecycle of a project, from needs/gap/audience analysis, through design and development of ILT, eLearning, and blended solutions, as well as advised organizations on learning strategy and establishing training processes and procedures.  She has also hired countless Instructional Designers over the years as a Manager and through her company.  

Jill has a M.S.Ed. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University and is the founder of Remote ID School, a 9-month Coaching and Mentorship Program that bridges the gap between academia and real-life corporate Instructional Design, while focusing on the skills required to consult and contract in the freelance space.
